The Helium community sits at the intersection of wireless and blockchain innovation and has built the world’s fastest-growing decentralized wireless network. The Network is now global in over 40,000+ cities and 160 countries with a vibrant ecosystem of community members building coverage, companies using the Network, and developers creating the next generation of connected applications.

We're looking to hire a hyper-organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our team. You'll work directly with the CEO and COO to manage priority projects, events, scheduling, internal operations, and other team support. Our ideal candidate has past experience in executive or team administration and is proficient with G-suite (drive, docs, sheets). You can handle chaos, enjoy being a critical contributor to a team, and consider yourself a perpetual learner.

Your Role

  • Support the Executive Team and senior leadership to carry out logistics, arrange meetings, and various operational tasks as needed.
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
  • Join high-impact meetings and review notes/recordings as needed.
  • Manage purchasing for team equipment, software subscriptions, and event vendors/supplies.
  • Coordinating interviews, appointments, meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Producing reports, help with correspondence, and other drafting as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration or executive support.
  • Extremely skilled with language, talking to others, and expressing complex thoughts through written or verbal communication.
  • Highly skilled at time management and task management.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and intellectually curious.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Robust technology skills; MS Office, Google Suite, and E-Signature software proficiency required.
  • Bachelor's degree.
